A magical race of humans who live in Midnight Falls. You can usually recognize them by the women who wear flowing scarf-like skirts and billowy blouses. Their powers derive from nature and they protect the secret that resides within the Lystlain Forest. They pray to their Mother Goddess for guidance, rituals, etc. Their covens are Matriarchal, each having a High Priestess and a High Priest.

Their home resides within the mountains, but they work in Midnight falls as guardians to the Gypsy Pagans. Those who don't live with the packs, reside in Midnight Falls as Enforcers. They try to keep the other preternatural beings in line. Alphas have the ability to turn certain Normes into werewolves-usually those who have psychic or magical abilities (the transformation is very painful).
